Digital Operations

Digital Content Editor

NorthPage is looking to hire outstanding digital content editors to join the Digital Operations team. The Digital Content Editor will be responsible for the review of all content and client deliverable output. Additionally, they will identify opportunities where the customer experience can be enhanced and be responsible for testing and quality assurance of high-profile, interactive campaigns and initiatives. The candidate will play an integral role in how the final product is received by customers.

On a day-to-day basis, they will identify, analyze, and document problems with function, output, layout, and content. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. They will work with top-notch technical teams and digital marketing experts to create an end-to-end test plan and successfully execute, ensuring all objectives are met as expected including functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and standardized consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes / understands customer needs and makes recommendations to support, influence, and enhance output and content

Digital Marketing Manager

NorthPage is seeking a "roll up your sleeves" marketer with digital and B2B customer acquisition experience. This role will focus on the marketing operations functions critical to driving and optimizing successful campaigns through digital channels. Located in our Southbury, CT office, this full time position reports to our VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Work with VP and collaborate with team on strategy and planning for targeted OB email campaigns to resonate with our target audience of marketing executives.
  • Optimize list segmentation process based on available performance data and marketing strategy.
  • Deploy robust A/B testing programs and employ a rigorous test, measure and iterate approach to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our digital operations team on the packaging of NorthPage data and digital insights for use in targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign set ups and analysis through marketing automation tool Pardot.
  • Manage contact sourcing through various vendors including RainKing.
  • Establish and insure quality assurance processes for flawless execution and performance measurement.
  • Partner with our marketing associate on the research and development of curated content to support of our social media strategy for Twitter and Linked In.
  • Manage the development of sales enablement tools such as data sheets and sales decks as needed.
  • Optimize SEO and website flow for IB traffic as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing acquisition strategy.
  • Strong analytical, database marketing, CRM, segmentation and list development skills to develop marketing strategies/tactics.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce.com required.
  • Hands on experience with Pardot or a comparable marketing automation tool required.

We are scaling our R&D team and seek a Front End Web Developer with experience in UI/UX design to advance our modern, responsive web applications. Specifically, we want a front-end expert to take to new levels and in interesting directions the visualizations of the data that drives and is produced by our software platform.

Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a software engineer with experience in full-stack web application development to join our team and help advance our cloud based digital marketing analysis platform. As a full-stack platform developer, you will work across our entire technology stack to solve technical challenges that enable the analysis of large data sets and remote web content.

You will join a group of engineers doing the best work of their careers, building a highly scalable and data-centric cloud based digital marketing analysis platform. We follow an agile software development methodology that allows us to deliver new software features quickly and iteratively. Our engineering culture fosters an atmosphere of transparency and mutual mentoring. Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is a key role in our growing organization, responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new customer prospects, primarily by email and phone. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, confident, goal-oriented person interested in pursuing a career in sales at an exciting growth oriented company in the digital marketing space.

Responsabilities

  • Development of target account lists by synthesizing data from multiple online resources.
  • Execution of the initial customer contact and engagement process, leveraging marketing content to further the customer discovery process and qualification of customer interest
  • Create interest and uncover needs of prospective buyers while understanding their evaluation and decision making processes.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential prospects.
  • Refer qualified prospects to Field Sales Account Managers, ensuring a seamless transition of prospect information and scope of opportunity.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Field Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • The Inside Sales Representative may also directly sell a subset of NorthPage’s products to certain qualified prospects.
  • The overarching goal of this position is the proactive development of net new customer prospects that will lead to the increased sales of NorthPage products.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales / sales development experience at a software (enterprise and/or SAAS-based) or technology company in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Prior track record of achievement in an inside sales position.

Requirements/Skills

  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, including an excellent telephone demeanor.
  • Previous cold calling experience.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
  • Possesses proven problem solving skills related to the customer identification and qualification process.
